When purchasing your Pet Pad product online you can be completely secure in the knowledge that the information you pass onto the Protx server can not be accessed, examined, used or modified by any third party.  Alternatively you can order your Pet Pad product over the telephone, 01245 362704.  We are open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. 

How it Works

1. The customer selects the goods they wish to purchase and enters their order and delivery details.
2. The customer's credit card details are captured securely by Protx.
3. The credit card details are securely transmitted to the merchant's bank.
4. The merchant bank sends the credit card details to the customer's card issuer who authorises or declines the transaction.
5. The merchant bank then sends the transaction results back to Protx.
6. Protx sends the authorisation results to the customer and the merchant to confirm the results of the transaction. The entire process takes 2-3 seconds to complete.
